ODM&OEM SERVICE PROCESS
1. ID
we will make industrial design according to the customer requirement,ergonomic,the motherboard layout,and inside the structure,normally it will take 2-3 weeks.
2. Motherboard Layout
We will design it based on the core motherboard and extension small motherboard for different projects requirements and modules installation,normally it will take 6-8 weeks.
3. MD
We will design the inside structure based on the ID and motherboard layout,normally it will take 3-4 weeks.
4. Making Mould
We will double check with mould factory for the MD,then making mould,normally it will take 8-12 weeks,including T0/T1/T2 etc until it is perfect.now our model all are double injection mould.and the colors we can customization as customer requirement.
5. Materials Purchase
We have many materials suppliers,including housing,touch panel,display,battery,camera etc,all materials you have IQC to inspection,for industrial devices,the materials purchase period normally around 45 days.
6. Assembly Line
We make it in assembly line.including non-dust workshop for the touch panel and display,and function testing and QC inspection and waterproof testing etc,all devices need to be 100% inspection before shipment.
7. Aging Process
Before aging process,we need to flash the firmware,IMEI number,SN,mac etc information according to customers requirement and aging process normally it takes 4 hours.
8. Package
We have separately workshop for the package and we can customization customer brand logo service.
